    That’s actually the serial number of the machine… it was made in Quebec, and that’s as far as I can go with the information on the Singer website: http://www.singerco.com/support/serial_2letter.html

    The model number is on a small plate on the right hand upright of the machine:
    http://www.singerco.com/support/model_number.html

    Once you get the model number, you can go here for a manual:
    http://www.singerco.com/accessories/manuals.html

    The Singer Sewing Machine Company website (www.singer.com) does not recognize what you list as a model number. Could you have copied a serial number instead. I suggest you look at the machine again and go to the website with different information.
