30-stitch singer electric sewing machine buttonhole stitch option does not work?

I have a 30-stitch electronic sewing machine. The buttonhole stitch option does not work. I have 2 buttonhole option in my machine and both of them does not work. It beeps when I press the paddle, but the rest of the other stitches work. I have tried turning the machine on and off, cleaned it, tried different fabrics, and nothing worked. Can anyone help me with this please. Thank you very much!

    Does this machine have a sensor foot? If so, is it correctly installed?

    Have you looked on the manufacturer’s web pages for information on this issue or a contact number?

    Has your electrical system taken any power hits or voltage sags while the machine has been plugged in?

    do you have the book that came with the machine? Look in trouble shooting
