A low cost embroidery machine?
I'm looking for an Embroidery machine, to make faces on pluses i sew, but i cannot find one that is less then 200 dollars.
Is there a decent one that costs less then 100? or at least 200? i prefer a wide area to sew.

It will be difficult to find a home embroidery machine for this price.
The best buy is the Brother 400SE and it is around $400 at Walmart.
This model has USB port B connectivity for downloading designs from the Internet and you will want to be able to do this as it is the most economical method of obtaining machine embroidery designs.
However, the embroidery machine and PC will need to be within at least 4 feet of each other for the cable (comes with the embroidery machine) to reach both the PC and the embroidery machine.
You have to be careful when shopping for a used embroidery machine. Not all will have the connectivity feature and that limits what you can do with the machine.
Older models use memory cards (can be expensive) and for Internet downloads, a reader/writer and rewritable memory card in the format of the machine.
Some brands use a floppy – old technology as are the ATA PC cards (compact flash cards) that some brands use. Both load from the PC if your PC will accept these media products.
Stick with Brother – used or new.
At those prices, you’re looking for used machines.
